• Universal Container and Packaging.

Responsible for a 190,000 square foot warehouse relocation of a packaging  company. Ran new wiring for all equipment and a 10,000 square foot clean room.

• SCE utility upgrade

Responsible for new underground conduits from the transformer pad to the building. New transformer vault and a 4,000 AMP 480 Volt main panel with distribution.

• Bakersfield PG&E utility upgrade

Upgrade service to two buildings with utility work. Trenched across a public street with new underground utilities. Install a new transformer vault and two new 480 Volt panels at two new locations.

Responsible for a 8,000 square foot medical TI

• Corporate Radnet

100 KVA backup generator with UPS.  Installed an ATS with generator and UPS  for main  server room.

• Grove Diagnostic Imaging

Responsible for a 10,000 square foot women center and a 10,000 square foot imaging  center. Completed entire TI and wired all modalities including MRI, CT, X-ray and RF.

• Temecula Advanced Imaging

Responsible for a 14,000 square foot medical TI

• Stockton Diagnostic Imaging

Responsible for a new 480 Volt service upgrade and a 10,000 square TI.

• Westchester Advance Imaging

Electrical wiring for a 5,000 square foot TI. Advance lighting control for new title 24 requirements.

• California Water service Co.

Multiple services provided. Cleaning of water tanks, 1,200 square foot roof replacements, fencing, VFD and soft start installs, door replacements, stucco and  painting.

Service upgrade to a 200 amp with control wiring. New service underground from old above ground service. Station controls water supply to Rolling Hills.

Installed a 400 square foot block building with new underground electric. Ground up new installation for chlorine and ammonia injection.

Responsible for VFD install for a 60 HP booster and a soft start replacement. On a 60 HP well motor. Ran new conduits and wire underground to both motors. Installed new VFD and soft start.

• GE Healthcare

Worked directly with GE on MRI, CT X ray and RF installs. Upgrade transformer for GE equipment and power cables for proper sizing. Worked directly with GE on MRI, CT, X ray and RF   installs. Upgrade transformers for GE equipment and power cables for proper sizing. Worked with GE power grounding and audit team on imaging issues related with power.

Responsible for 32,000 square foot tenant improvement cancer center. Work includes Woman’s Center, MRI’s, CT, PET, CT, Nuc Med, X-Ray and Linac.

• Schindler Elevator Corporation

Electrical technicians for multiple Orange County hotel locations. Service elevator pits, upgrade conduits and rewiring per request.

• Temecula Imaging Center 

Responsible for two suites, suite 100 is 10,700 square foot and Suite 200 is 9,375 square foot. Tenant improvement for Call Center and Imaging Center.
